Magical faerie spreads her light
Brown woodland smiles at the sight.
For she is forest’s most magical charm.
Keeps tiny creatures safe from much harm.
Her glow spreads like a thin flashlight.
Illuminating shadows not so tight.
Frisky fey from Saint Joseph’s farm
Skittish at first, now feel no alarm.
A promise that she holds so tight.
Gives her faerie powers a burst of right.
Mosquito lands on her left arm
Magical fairy does him no harm.
Illuminating the sweet light
Brownies and elves sleep all right.
Feeling safe, snoozing with no alarm.
Enjoying woodland’s mystical charm.
